We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is built into our hosting. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you from one visit to the next. It records which pages are opened, the site that sent you, and the country, kind of device and browser. We don't use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers.
Kept on your device
Your browser remembers the town you last left from, your language and your recent trips (localStorage: rw-origin, rc-lang, rw-trips). The town is also kept in a cookie (rw-origin) that is sent with each page request, so the page can open on your departures board; we don't store it. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of them.
Your location
The "Use my location" button asks your browser for your position and uses it on your phone to find the nearest town. It is never sent to us.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare, which receives every request (including your IP address) to deliver and protect the site. We don't use that to identify anyone.
What we never collect
No names, phone numbers, email addresses, accounts or precise locations. We don't sell data, and there are no ads.
